You are invited to join the inaugural meeting, guaranteed to be fun and fascinating!
- What: A fun, light-hearted way to connect, meet interesting people, and discuss the seriously weird. Costumes and fun dress encouraged (but optional).
- Where: A secure location will be sent to all RSVPs in advance of the meeting. Expect it to be in or near Summers Corner, in Summerville.
- When: Saturday night, August 29, 6:30pm
- Who: Your two hosts are long-term connoisseurs of all things weird, ancient, and mysterious. They have read the books, interviewed the authors, attended the conferences, curated testimonies, traveled to the locations, given lectures, and hosted hundreds of hours of successful podcasting on many of your favorite weird topics, including obscure manuscripts, mystery schools of the past and present, demonic encounters, divine encounters, conspiracy analysis, near-death-experiences, ancient burial mounds, old legends, alien abductions, consciousness phenomena, and more.
- What will we do: Enjoy an hosted discussion on weird topic, have Q&A, speculate amongst ourselves, eat some snacks, and have fun wondering together. Meet fun neighbors!
- What will we not do: Be unkind, get political, or disrespect faith, beliefs, or experiences of others.
- What’s requested or required: You… In a costume or themed outfit of your choice if you want to. Seriously, have fun with it. Wear your best tinfoil hat, and maybe that sweet bigfoot sweater that embarrasses your spouse, or whatever themed or old timey getup that puts you in the mood for spirited conversation. Bring your open mind and fun attitude, but no prior expertise is required!
